After prior agreement and according to the availability calendar. 

The rental becomes final :

• Upon receipt of the rental contract duly completed and signed

• And the payment of the deposit (Package of about 30% of the rental amount)

• The reservation is final upon receipt of your signed contract and after receipt of your deposit. However, to allow you to book your transport tickets with peace of mind, we block your dates at the pre-booking (send your confirmation email). You then have 10 full days to return your signed contract to us. During these 10 days, we guarantee your dates of stay and no other reservations will be taken.

A confirmation email reminding you of the main terms of your rental and the payment schedule will then be sent to you.

Payment schedule :

• 30% of the rental amount for deposit (bank transfer, CB or paypal)

• 40% additional 40 days before arrival at the latest (bank transfer, paypal or CB)

• The balance (30%) 1 month before your arrival (paypal, CB)

• Security deposit of 600 euros (check not cashed) on arrival, when handing over the keys. This check will be returned to you no later than 2 months after departure, possibly after deduction of repairs and overhauls.
